Great Beer + Great Music = Great Thursdays

Morsbergers and Guilford Hall Brewery are teaming up to bring the best of local live music every Thursday night at our tavern.  Most shows are free and all ages.  Kitchen open until 9pm.

Fun starts at 7pm with food & drink specials plus sampling of Guilford Hall Brewery’s amazing beer!  Music starts at 7:30.

RED SAMMY

RED SAMMY is a band from Baltimore, MD that plays their own unique style of Americana folk rock music. The band blends rock, folk, country, and blues with thoughtful, and often, deeply emotional lyrics that highlight a poetic sensibility. The name, RED SAMMY, is taken from a minor character, Red Sammy Butts, in American southern gothic writer, Flannery O’Connor’s short story, “A Good Man is Hard to Find,” (1955).

The band has released ten studio albums including their most recent release, Holy Fluorescent Light. Notable songwriters and writers of inspiration include Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Wilco, Bruce Springsteen, Lucinda Williams, and many others.
