Gary and the Groove has been playing good-time rock & roll in the Baltimore area for many years, in clubs, private events and community concerts, such as Columbia Lakefront, Baltimore Inner Harbor, Silver Spring Concert Series, and Ocean City’s Springfest.
Gary Leigh Brown plays electric guitar, sax and sings. Past bands include Beat Boys with Angelo Grandinetti on bass, with Rob Fahey and Larry Bavaro.
Angelo Grandinetti plays bass guitar and sings. He has played in many local bands over the years, including several with Gary, who he first played with decades ago!
Keith Larsen not only plays great drums, but he makes them with his world famous Baltimore Drum company, and sells drums and percussion in his store on Loch Raven Blvd. He has played with Gary and the Groove for many years, and also with many other local bands. Keith also has a sound company and provides backline instruments for many local venues and concerts.
